We want to limit the number of builders so we don’t have a hodgepodge of homes. We want our cake and eat it too. That is, we want it to look like there was one builder doing the entire project but we also want a variety of styles and detail. We cooperate with brokers working with builders, of course. Promontory Ridge, LLC does not pay brokerage fees on lots but often the Realtor obtains a brokerage fee on the package from the builder. The subdivision is builder restricted in that only builders approved may build. However, new builders may be added. Over time you will see the names of some of the builders in Hidden Creek added to this website. You can also just drive around and look at signs.
