It is a joy to take raw land and create value from it. Here are two examples currently underway. At Promontory Ridge, for example, we took 74 acres of fallow land and made 90 custom home lots. Many think it is the finest subdivision in the area.
Hidden Creek of Roscoe is adjacent to Promontory and is 60 acres with 45 lots
The Gardens on Prairie Rose apartment project (Links to outside site.) The Garden Homes at Prairie Rose Condo project (Links to outside site.) White School Estates, only 6 lots but on 12 acres so lots are large. Undergoing new road structure. |
