We work with users, generally chain or franchisers, to find local sites that meet their criteria. In some cases we assist in the development of the site and in others merely turn it over to someone else to do the actual development/building of the site. Check out the example of a property in Love's Park, IL. We did the site selection and then worked with an investor to get the project built. We, of course, handled the lease with Tuffy. Another site is in Frankfort, IL There are several other Tuffy sites to show but these two show the range of this type. From a single unit building to one attached to a strip center and from good architectural features to fine features. Other chains or franchisers have also been served. |
