Promontory Ridge was developed in two phases. Phase I consisted of 27 lots and you can see that at the left of the drawing (no lot markings). Phase II consists of 63 lots and you can see it as the lots with the marks in them. The marks are lot numbers but too small to see in this picture. The vertical street at the extreme left of the picture is Rockton Road. I-90 is 1 mile east. The picture is oriented with north and south being at the sides. So, left is north. Rockton Road is an east-west street. There is an exit/entrance to the tollway (I-90) at Rockton Road. The main entry street is Promontory Trail. It goes thru both phases and exits at the lower right. (There is nothing there now except farm land.) In phase I, the other street is Big Stone Circle. Timber Ridge Road heads east (up) 2/3 of the way thru the development and ends in a cul-de-sac. Off of Timber Ridge Road comes Red Rose Trail and heads south east and then due south. It exits the property (to farmland) at the SE part of the development. A short cul de sac comes off of Red Rose and is called Wildwood Walk. The longer cul de sac is Winding Way. A short stub street that exits the property due east (up) is Deer Crossing and only goes to farmland now. Our future development, Hidden Creek of Roscoe, will connect there. The Roscoe office can provide a detail package. Stop by at 4711 Prairie Rose in Roscoe or call at 815-623-1808.
